My name is Atanas ‘Nasko’ Atanasov and I am a 27-year-old Bulgarian multipotentialite. Ever since I was a little kid I’ve juggled a myriad of dreams – all too compelling and too choosable! Thus, as adulthood approached I firmly held my ground and remained loyal to myself, choosing all of them. Hence, I became an actor.

I live and breathe at my most optimal level in performance spaces – whether it is on stage, in front of the camera, or out in the streets. I am a firm believer in Peter Brook’s quote: ‘A stage space has two rules: (1) Anything can happen and (2) Something must happen’ and I am utterly fascinated by that something that happens in the stage space between two human beings.

I believe in the best and the worst of people. And I love exploring the nature of both. I believe we can learn from anything and anyone, and that judging is mostly a hindrance to a fulfilling creative process.

I have lived and acted in both London and Hollywood, although I received my B.A. in Theatre from Whitman College in the much more interestingly named town of Walla Walla, WA. There I had the privilege to explore the fundamentals of acting under the guidance of some truly inspirational professionals who changed my life forever.
